Digital Development Editor, Tate Publishing

I worked with Tate on design and development of the 'Noisy Neighbours' app — a story and activity app for kids. On opening, the child sees all the story's locations as coloured stripes; touching a stripe jumps the app to that location, where animations and audio invite the child into the narrative before panning on to the next.

This included remote research sessions using Lookback, plus mobile/app testing with TestFlight.

Continuous improvement: Tate membership

I project managed and provided UX deliverables for the rollout of new Members, Patrons and Donations forms on Tate's website, as well as launching a new members' area. This was a six-month project, working as an external contractor for Tate Digital and Tate Members.
